Masjid Fallahee ("we," "the masjid") respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website at masjidfallahee.org. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

We do not require you to create an account or log in to use our website. The only information we collect is what you choose to share with us:

• Form submissions: When you fill out one of our service request forms (janazah, nikkah, counseling, event space booking), we receive what you submit. These forms are hosted by Google Forms and the data is stored in a Google Sheet that only the imam and authorized board members can access.
• Email correspondence: When you email us, we keep that email so we can respond and refer back to it if needed.
• Donations: We do not process payments on this website. Donations made via Zelle are handled by your bank. Donations made via LaunchGood are handled by LaunchGood. We receive a record of donations made to the masjid, which we use for our own bookkeeping and to issue tax receipts.

What we don't collect

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run advertising. We do not use analytics services that build profiles of visitors. We do not sell, rent, or share any of your information with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services we use

Our website embeds or links to a few outside services to keep things simple and reliable:

• Live Mosque — provides our prayer times via an embedded display
• Google Maps — provides our location map
• Google Forms — handles our service request forms
• Google Fonts — provides typography
• LaunchGood — handles online card donations
• Zelle (your bank) — handles direct bank-to-bank donations

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. When you interact with them through our website, their privacy practices apply in addition to ours.

Confidentiality of counseling requests

Counseling request submissions are treated with extra care. Only the imam reads these submissions. Information shared in counseling — whether through our form or in person — is held in confidence and not shared without your consent, except in rare cases where there is a credible risk of serious harm.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
